This weekend conference is made possible with the support and collaborative efforts of the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute and the International Ban Asbestos Secretariat (IBAS).
Expert speakers from around the globe will address the conference and focus on the prevention and detection of asbestos related diseases. Our mission is to provide the most advanced medical, occupational and environmental information available about asbestos related diseases to individuals throughout the world. Presentations will include preventing exposure, identifying occupational and non-occupational exposure, public health and environmental aspects, early warning symptoms and trauma.
